Kieran Hinde

Architectural intervention, made of wood and 3d prints

Location: Center of Frankendael Park

We are in transition, a time of alertness, isolation and self-reflection. In this time, we can reconnect with what we have dear and leave behind the things we do not. These thoughts have led Hinde to see the bridge as a symbolic and practical tool. “In-between” is a modular bridge structure that can be used by anyone to build and connect. And for this occasion, he has constructed one in the Frankendael park to connect to the inaccessible Kluizenaars Island, where a 19th century folly was built as a fake ruin of a Roman temple.
